Frequently Asked Questions
Family swim sessions are for families only, with parents or grandparents in the water with their children. There is no admission to unaccompanied adults or children.
All customers wishing to use the gym must first receive an induction from our qualified gym staff, regardless of your membership type or which sites you have used before.
Children under 8 must be supervised in the water by their parent or an adult aged 16 or over, with a maximum of 2 children to 1 supervisor. Please follow the lifeguards' instructions and do not swim if you have consumed a meal within the last hour or have had an upset stomach.
