Join Edson Swimming Pool/Water for the 15th Annual Eddie's Big Run in Edson, where you can challenge yourself on the town's beautiful trail system. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun family activity, there's something for everyone with distances ranging from 1 km to 10 km.
After the races, stick around for some post-race refreshments and be part of the awards ceremony to celebrate your achievement. Registration is a breeze - just head over to Activenet on the Town of Edson website to secure your spot with a credit card, or drop by the Leisure Centre to sign up with cash or debit.
Don't wait too long, though, as registration closes on June 16th. Keep an eye on the event's Facebook page and the Town of Edson website for all the latest updates on event details, partners, contests, and rules.
The race schedule is as follows: 9 am kick-off for the 10 km, followed by the 5 km at 9:15 am, the 3 km at 10:15 am, the awards ceremony at 11:00 am, and finishing off with the energetic Kids Fun Run at 11:15 am.
