For kids aged 6 to 10, James has helped craft an engaging training programme that focuses on quick skill development through fast-paced and fun sessions. Both boys and girls are welcome, and the club's knowledgeable coaches are on hand to teach them everything they need to know. Sessions are typically on Mondays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, though this can sometimes change. Recognising the growing interest among young female cricketers, James has also ensured there's a dedicated Girls Training Programme for ages 11 to 19.
