The practice helped her find balance and inner calm, inspiring her to deepen her knowledge and share the gift of yoga with others. Heather completed her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training and now teaches a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga. Her classes are tailored to the needs of her students, encouraging self-exploration and personal growth.
Sandy has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, using the practice to maintain physical health and mental clarity. Inspired by her own transformation through yoga, Sandy completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training and now shares her passion for yoga with students of all levels. Her classes focus on alignment, strength, and flexibility, creating a supportive environment for students to challenge themselves and grow in their practice.
