Helen, also known by her spiritual name Hariakti, has been teaching Yoga for over two decades and is the creator and owner of Elements of Yoga. She completed her initial teacher training with FINY (Friends in Yoga) in Perth and has since continued her learning journey through various teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats with senior Yoga teachers. She has also immersed herself in Yoga ashrams both in India and Australia, further deepening her understanding of Yoga.
