Our BASE class is perfect for beginners, introducing you to the foundations of yoga. For those looking to nourish both body and mind, our RITUAL class offers a holistic approach.
If you're in need of mobility and recovery, our YIN class is designed to help you find your flexibility and restore your body. Our RESTORE class takes a meditative and restorative approach to help you find inner peace. If you're looking for a dynamic and fluid practise, our FLOW class will get you moving. For those who want to master their poses, our PEAK class will help you achieve your goals.
And if you're feeling daring, our INVERSION PLAY class will have you going upside-down. Lastly, our CORE & GLUTES class will help you get strong and toned.
What sets Elements Studio apart is our commitment to complete nourishment of the body and mind. Our studio is thoughtfully designed to incorporate elements of yoga, mobility, strength, dynamic movement, and meditation. We believe in the traditions of yoga and weave these philosophies and Traditional Chinese Medicine practises into our classes. This allows for an immersive and authentic experience.
Additionally, our unique movement space is equipped with monkey bars, hang rings, and various drills to encourage play and exploration.
Our studio boasts boutique amenities to ensure you feel at home. We offer an in-house infrared sauna, which is included in all memberships. Our bathrooms, showers, hair dryers, and products are available for your convenience. Mat storage is provided for members, and we even offer free parking passes.
Strength, sculpt, and core classes are also included in our offerings. We believe that a healthy body is strong and flexible, and we will guide you in strengthening your body with bodyweight classes that focus on pushing, pulling, and resistance. Our Full Body Burn and Core Classes are unique blends of yoga, pilates, barre, and free weights.
As a member of Elements Studio, you gain access to special inclusions. This includes unlimited yoga classes, unlimited sauna use, workshops and events, monthly guest passes, and special access to other Elements offerings.
