Head over to Elgin Skatepark in Cooper Park, Elgin, and get ready for some serious fun! Organised by The Skateparks Project, this medium-sized, concrete gem is your spot for epic transitions and a touch of street skating.
The main area is all about transitions with a cool bowled corner, a hip, a pyramid, and even a mini ramp next to a pump bump. There's also a large bowled edge with a vert extension that’ll keep you pumped.
For the street skaters, there’s a small but fun back-and-forth section with a driveway, hubba, flat bank, and quarter pipes on both sides. The smooth surface is perfect for skaters of all levels, from starters to pros.
Best part? It’s free and right in the heart of Cooper Park at Lossie Wynd North, Elgin. Just pop "Elgin Skatepark" into Google Maps or ask for directions from Elgin train station or the Library bus stop.
Thanks to Bendcrete and The Skateparks Project, this place is top-notch. Check out more info and other parks on The Skateparks Project website. They’ve got loads of resources and even let you submit your own skatepark ideas.
