Elite Training Centre is a mixed martial arts gym in Leighton Buzzard, serving ages 5 and above and welcoming both complete novices and experienced practitioners. Training is set across three floors, with a boxing and Muay Thai striking area, a grappling and MMA space focused on Brazilian jiu-jitsu style disciplines, and a yoga studio for movement and recovery.
