The sports, but I also had a strong passion for personal fitness and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. That's when I decided to become a personal trainer and create Elite Functional Training.

At Elite Functional Training, our mission is to remove the guesswork from making positive, long-lasting changes to your mind and body. We understand that carrying excess weight can take a toll on your confidence, and we're here to help. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin, whether that's at the beach or in your everyday life.

We offer a range of services to cater to different needs and preferences. Our 1:1 personal training option is perfect for those who want a fully customised training experience. We start with a strategy session to understand your health and fitness goals, and then we create a personalised plan just for you. This includes setting calorie targets, providing recipes, and offering regular accountability to keep you on track.

You'll also have access to our custom training app, so you always know what exercises to do.

If you prefer a group setting, our group training classes are ideal. These classes are capped at 12 people, so you still receive individualised coaching within the session. You'll receive the same benefits as our personal training clients, including calorie targets and app access. These classes are a great way to push yourself and enjoy the camaraderie of a group.

For those who can't make it to our Glenwood location or prefer the flexibility of online coaching, we offer an online coaching option. After a strategy session, you'll receive a fully customised training and nutrition plan that delivers outstanding results. All of your training and nutrition will be delivered through our app, with video demonstrations of every exercise, so you always know exactly what to do.

We believe in providing the best coaching possible, and that's why we refuse to contribute to the BS in the fitness industry. Our expert coaches are committed to supporting individuals who are ready to put in the effort and invest in their health. Whether you're in Glenwood or elsewhere in Australia, we've got you covered.
