Located at 41-41a Millbrook Street in Hereford, our gym is easily accessible and offers a range of memberships to cater to your individual needs. Whether you prefer to workout solo or with a group, we have options available to suit everyone.

For those who thrive on independent workouts, our SOLO Gym Only membership grants you unlimited access to our state-of-the-art facility. Equipped with the latest exercise machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, you'll find everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

At Elite Performance, we believe in going above and beyond just equipping our gym. We prioritise personal transformation, supporting our members in their pursuit of health, purpose, meaning, and fulfilment. Our knowledgeable and experienced team of trainers are always on hand to provide expert advice and guidance, ensuring that you feel motivated and empowered on your fitness journey.

To ensure the privacy and security of our members, we have implemented a comprehensive privacy policy. Our gym operates during flexible hours, allowing you to fit fitness into your busy schedule. We are open from 5:30am to 9:30pm Monday to Thursday, 5:30am to 9pm on Fridays, 6am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 7am to 4pm on Sundays.
