I specialise in resistance training and strength building. I believe that strength is not just physical, but also mental and emotional. My goal is to empower my clients to push past their limits and achieve their fitness goals. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness, I can tailor a programme to meet your individual needs.
In addition to personal training, I also teach several classes at Elysium Gym. My classes focus on functional movements, helping clients improve their everyday activities and prevent injuries.
