Embodied Bellydance is a wellness programme and dance school located in Ivanhoe, Australia. By connecting to the centre, which is the navel, and the naturally occurring spirals of our physiology, participants are able to move fluidly and freely in their dance.

No previous experience is needed to join the programme.
