During these sessions, individuals will receive personalised attention and guidance on how to move correctly, progress through exercises safely, and gain knowledge on technique and strength. The coaches design 4-6 week programming blocks that focus on both mobility and strength, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness.
Embodied Coaching also recognises the importance of nutrition in achieving overall health and wellness. Through their blog, members can access recipes, nutrition education, and more. The gym provides knowledge on achieving moderation and enjoyment with food intake, realistic strategies that are sustainable in the long term, and information on portion sizes and choices. Located at Part 10, Kiama St, Miranda 2228, Embodied Coaching offers convenient operating hours to accommodate busy schedules. The gym is open from 5:30 am to 11:00 am and 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednesdays, the gym is open from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Embodied Coaching is closed on weekends.
