She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with distinctions, a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy. Nicole has gained experience in various sectors within the health industry, including sport, pelvic health, and musculoskeletal areas.

Her vibrant and enthusiastic approach to instructing and educating makes her patients feel comfortable and motivated. Nicole takes pride in creating personalised exercise programmes that are tailored to each individual's health objectives and goals.
