Martin Paradine, a 6th Dan Black Belt in Taekwon-do, leads our team. With his expertise and the support of our highly trained instructors, we are committed to providing the highest quality training and guidance to all of our members.
Our studio offers a wide variety of classes, including Boxing, Kickboxing, and Personal Training. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, we have sessions tailored to your skill level.
