In love with yoga, but it was there that I discovered the transformative power of this ancient practise. Over the years, my passion deepened, and I decided to share the benefits of yoga with others.

Empowering Yoga is a studio located in Harrow, offering a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences. Our studio classes run for 75 minutes and are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We also offer introductory trial classes at a discounted rate of 5, allowing new students to experience the benefits of yoga before committing to a membership.

For individuals who prefer the convenience of practising at home or in their own space, we offer one-to-one classes. These classes provide personalised attention and are perfect for beginners who want to learn the foundations of yoga, individuals seeking individual tuition to gain confidence, or those looking for support in their recovery from illness or alongside treatment. Our one-to-one classes will help you move beyond your physical and emotional limitations, empowering you to reach your full potential.

In addition to our studio and one-to-one classes, we also provide corporate wellbeing programmes. We understand the importance of promoting wellness in the workplace, and our tailor-made programmes aim to increase staff morale, motivation, and reduce sickness and absenteeism. We offer lunchtime and after-work yoga sessions, as well as breakout sessions for small groups or individuals. Our well-being week at work workshops are designed to provide a holistic approach to enhancing emotional well-being and stress resilience.

At Empowering Yoga, we believe in the holistic approach to wellness. That's why we offer Bio-Energy Treatment alongside our yoga classes. Bioenergy Treatment is a practise I've been working with for many years, and it complements the benefits of yoga by focusing on the alignment and flow of energy within the body.
