Empower Martial Arts Academy Lincoln is a martial arts and fitness club located in Lincoln, New Zealand. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defence techniques, or just have fun, Empower Martial Arts Academy is the perfect place for you.

At Empower Martial Arts Academy, all members of the family are welcome. We offer classes for children as young as 4 years old, as well as classes for adults. Our classes are designed to be fun, energetic, and skill-building. We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive community where everyone feels like they belong.

For children, we have our popular Mini Ninja classes aimed at 4-6 year olds. These classes focus on introducing martial arts, improving fitness, and developing coordination, balance, and confidence. Our Junior classes, for 7-13 year olds, build on these skills and progress students through a comprehensive curriculum all the way to black belt.

Adults can take advantage of our high-energy and varied classes. With different martial arts styles taught on different days, there is something for everyone. No matter your skill level or experience, our instructors and fellow students are friendly and approachable. Whether you are a novice or have experience in other martial arts, you will feel welcomed and supported.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer specialised courses and 1-1 training for those who have specific goals. Whether you are looking to compete, enhance your fitness, or focus on a non-martial arts-related goal, we have options for you.
