A renewed passion and dedication. I completed my formal teacher training in Hatha Yoga with the Yoga Alliance in 2012, and since then, I have continued to deepen my knowledge and skills through various workshops and trainings.

- General Yoga Classes: We offer a variety of classes suitable for all levels, from gentle and restorative to flowing and vibrant. Our classes are designed to cater to different body types and fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can find a practise that suits their needs.
- Private and Corporate Classes: We provide personalised classes for individuals or small groups, allowing for a more intimate and customised yoga experience. We also offer corporate yoga classes, bringing the benefits of yoga to the workplace and promoting health and well-being among employees.
- Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth: Our specialised prenatal yoga classes are designed to support women during the transformative journey of pregnancy and prepare them for childbirth. These classes incorporate gentle yoga poses and breath practises to strengthen and nurture the body and mind.

We offer Hatha Yoga from gentle and restorative to subtle flowing and vibrant, plus Somatic Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Gentle and Chair Yoga. You can also join Breath and Yoga Nidra sessions, meditation, private classes for individuals or small groups, community yoga, corporate and workplace yoga, tailored workshops, and day long well being retreats.
We run intimate home based classes in and around Encounter Bay and Victor Harbor. For example, our next Kirtan community chanting for peace and wellbeing is on Sunday 31 May from 10am to 12pm.
