Energise Dance & Fitness Academy, nestled in Burnley, Lancashire, recently made a move to the Burnley Boys and Girls Club on Barden Lane. Organiser Nicola would like to invite the sports community to explore the wide range of classes available for both kids and adults.

Nicola and her team—Stephen, Sion, Megan, and Emily—bring over 19 years of experience in the dance and fitness industry, and they've been growing the academy since its start in 2004.

For the younger crowd, there are various classes like beginners' street dance and gymnastics for ages 4-11, slow dance/contemporary for ages 6 and above, gymnastics and acro dance for 4-12-year-olds, contemporary and stretch for ages 6 and above, and street dance for ages 7 and above.

Adults can also get involved with options such as yoga and stretch classes suitable for all ages, with a special focus on those over 50, 60, and 70. Nicola’s academy also offers coffee and aerobics sessions—just bring a mat and hand weights. These sessions cater to all fitness levels, particularly benefiting those over 50, 60, and 70.

The academy features two spacious studios, ensuring ample room and a comfortable setting for all classes. There’s also safe parking and a cafeteria, adding convenience for everyone.

To keep everything running smoothly, Energise Dance & Fitness Academy requires advanced bookings and payments, set for every four weeks. Private lessons also need to be booked and paid in advance, with a 24-hour notice for any cancellations.
