Healing & Yin Yoga – Stephanie Hanley is a holistic medicine practitioner and yoga instructor based in Watsonia, Melbourne, Australia. With a passion for energy healing and yin yoga, Stephanie aims to hold space for individuals to embody their true nature and find inner peace, wellbeing, and healing.

Stephanie's personal journey towards healing began in 2007 when she started practising yoga. Through this practise, she became more attuned to her body and the emotions she was experiencing. With the support of others, she worked through and healed internal adversity, including trauma. Yin yoga and mindfulness practises played a crucial role in re-training her nervous system to settle, let go, and feel the safety and comfort of her body.
They also helped her develop an unconditionally loving connexion with herself, which she believes is a truly wonderful place to be.
Drawing from her own experiences, Stephanie understands that healing is a gradual process that requires conscious work. She believes that it is through the most challenging times that individuals can heal the most and align themselves with their true nature. Stephanie believes that everyone has great potential and the power to shift into more powerful ways of being. With time, she believes it is possible to unravel and heal deep layers of oneself, offering individuals the opportunity to break free from feeling stuck.
Through her offerings of energy healing, yin yoga, and ritual, Stephanie's intention is to support individuals in experiencing flow in their bodies and lives. She encourages them to be consciously aware of their healing process, to accept themselves as they are, to expand, and to continually come back to a state of ease and balance. Stephanie believes that by allowing joy and humour to arise, individuals can flourish and connect with their true nature.
