These sessions are suitable for everyone and are priced at 35 for 50 minutes.
For those who prefer to have company during their workout, duet sessions are perfect. You can bring along a friend, partner, or relative and share the cost while having fun and talking about it on the way home. Duet sessions are also 50 minutes long and priced at 50.
If you're short on time or want to squeeze in a workout during your lunch break, express one-to-one sessions are available. These sessions are 25 minutes long and priced at 25. It's an ideal option for those who want a quick session without compromising on quality.
