With a focus on being the change you want to see in the world, Capucine Clayton, a Vini Yoga instructor, has been teaching for six years in the region, specializing in prenatal, postnatal, and children's yoga. Along with adapting yoga for all ages and situations, she offers chair yoga for seniors, yoga combined with artistic practices, and tailored programs for businesses. Since 2017, she has delved into the therapeutic benefits of sound, working with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and mantras.
