Irek is also a certified Sports Massage Therapist, with qualifications in Level 3 and Level 4 Advanced Deep Tissue Massage. Additionally, he is qualified to teach TRX, Kettlebells, Puma Faas, Fitness Five, Tough Mudder Maker, Zuu, and Twenty Four.
