Alan wants to share a quick update with the sports community about what's happening at Equilibrium Pilates & Fitness. He's pretty excited about the range of classes they offer at their studio in Andover, from group sessions to one-on-one home visits for those who prefer a personal touch. For office workers, Alan's team also runs on-site classes.

The staff at Equilibrium are pros at handling sessions for various conditions, including remedial Pilates and neurological issues like stroke recovery. They even have special classes for TRX Pilates, cancer rehab, and sessions for new and expecting mums.

Alan's made sure there's something for everyone, whether it's weekend warriors or folks needing a GP exercise referral. And if you can't make it to the studio, they've got you covered with teleconference classes.

Don't forget to mark your calendar for the Christmas break from 18th December 2023 to 5th January 2024. Classes kick off again on 8th January with the winter course running till 9th February. After a short half-term break from 12th to 16th February, things will pick up again from 19th February to 25th March, with an Easter break following from 26th March to 12th April. Regular classes will be back from 15th April.

For those after something more specialised, Alan's team also offers sessions with large equipment like Reformers and Stability Chairs. They've even got postnatal Pilates for new mums. Don't forget to have a chat with your GP if you've just given birth, especially if it was a Caesarean.
