Discomfort or pain, I encourage students to modify or adapt the pose to suit their individual needs. I believe in creating a safe and inclusive space for all students, regardless of their age, body type, or level of experience.
One of the key elements of my teaching philosophy is the integration of Somatic Movement. Somatic movement involves tuning into the internal sensations and feelings of the body, allowing for a deeper understanding and awareness of our movements. By incorporating somatic movement into our yoga practise, we can enhance our body-mind connexion and improve our proprioception.
As a Scaravelli-inspired yoga teacher, I draw inspiration from the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, who believed in the importance of releasing tension and finding ease in our practise. I aim to create a supportive and nurturing environment where students can explore their bodies, release tension, and discover their own unique movement patterns.
I offer a range of yoga classes, including group classes, one-to-one sessions, and workshops. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, my classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience and provide a space for personal growth and transformation.
In addition to my regular yoga classes, I also offer specialised courses, such as the Modern Yoga Foundation Course and Art & Yoga Retreats. These courses provide an opportunity for students to delve deeper into their yoga practise and explore various aspects of yoga, including philosophy, meditation, and breathwork.
Join me on this journey of self-discovery and transformation. Together, we can cultivate a deeper sense of connexion, well-being, and joy through the practise of yoga.
