The retreat offers a blend of Dynamic Yoga, Restorative Movement, and Sound Therapy in a stunning barn conversion studio filled with natural light, high ceilings, and underfloor heating. Participants will engage in power yoga sessions focusing on core strength and stability, slow flow classes offering energizing movement and mindfulness, and sound baths with transformative breathwork for healing and meditation.
Nourish your body with gourmet vegetarian meals prepared by a dedicated chef at Love Yoga Peckham, including detox juices, healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Fresh fruit, herbal teas, and coffee will be available throughout the day. Additionally, guests can relax in hammocks, explore the gorgeous gardens, partake in cold freshwater swims, or unwind in a hot tub.
