With 15 years of experience treating ACC injuries, niggly backs, rolled ankles, and providing on-field physio for Rugby teams, Lesley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every rehab plan.

Lesley has a particular passion for Chronic Pain and Pelvic Health, and she has undergone advanced training in Woman's Health, Childrens Health, Mens Health, Prostate Cancer Rehab, Menopause, Pregnancy & Post-Natal physio and fitness, and Post-Op Gynaecological rehab. She is also highly skilled in helping patients with injuries from work and providing Return To Work Programmes.

It covers various topics such as Pelvic Health during and after pregnancy, reducing the risks of pelvic floor injury during labour, exercise in pregnancy and postnatal, mental health, and birth positions, breathing, and pain management.
