Our studio features two spacious and well-equipped rooms, housing a total of 14 reformer machines. Whether you prefer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, or Boxing, we have a class for you. Elevate your Pilates practise with our Essentials Reformer class. Using a variety of props, this 50-minute class will help you improve your strength, alignment, and overall technique. For those looking to add a bit of intensity to their Pilates routine, our Jump Reformer class is the way to go. This open-level dynamic workout will have you jumping into action and achieving high results.

If you're looking for a class that combines Pilates with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), our Club Cardio class is the ultimate full-body workout for you. We also offer Fusion Barre, a fitness-style barre class that combines bodyweight and equipment-based Pilates exercises for an intense and seamless workout.
