Welcome to Everton Park Yoga, where you can relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through the practise of Yoga Exercises, Meditation, and Kirtan. At our studio, we believe that Yoga is more than just physical exercises; it is a path to self-realisation and spiritual happiness. We incorporate Hatha yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mantra meditation to provide a holistic and transformative experience.
Hatha yoga, with its focus on flexibility, strength, and balance, not only improves physical health but also cleanses and rejuvenates the internal systems of the body. It calms the mind and reduces stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. Our Mantra Meditation sessions, accompanied by musical instruments, offer you the opportunity to find peace and tranquilly, bringing immediate relief from stress.
Our classes are suitable for all levels, and we place a strong emphasis on working within your body's limitations. We use breath and awareness as guides to deepen your asanas, ensuring that your body remains safe and experiences the full benefits of Hatha yoga. We offer both casual and concession rates for our classes, as well as a 6 Class Pass option for added convenience.
You can find us at 33 Teevan Street, Stafford, Brisbane, QLD 4053. Our spacious hall, located in a peaceful street with ample parking space, can comfortably accommodate over 40 people. The hall is conveniently situated near the popular Keong Park, providing a tranquil environment for practising yoga asanas, relaxation, and meditation. We are located within a short distance of Everton Park, Stafford Heights, Mitchelton, Enoggera, Gaythorne, Grange, Kedron, Gordon Park, Chermside, and Arana Hills.
When attending our classes, please remember to bring your own mat and props, wear comfortable clothing, and stay hydrated with a water bottle. No bookings are required, but we kindly request that you arrive on time. For first-timers, please come five minutes early to fill out a safety questionnaire. Note that there are no classes on public holidays.
At Everton Park Yoga, you will be guided by our experienced and compassionate hosts, Chantelle and Amit. Chantelle's classes have a warm and relaxed atmosphere, with a focus on addressing individual needs and areas of tension. Amit, on the other hand, emphasises yoga alignment and breath, taking his time in poses and sharing the benefits of each posture. Both teachers are dedicated to helping you increase your focus, alignment, and awareness while promoting a sense of relaxation.
