EVK Memorial Swimming Pool

EVK Memorial Swimming Pool, located in Kensington, is a popular community pool that will reopen on July 1, 2023. The pool, situated at 25 School Street, Kensington, will have modified days and hours for the 2023 summer season due to staff shortages. Public swimming will be available Monday to Friday starting at noon, with swimming lessons scheduled in the mornings. To ensure safety, there is a limit of 75 people allowed in the pool and deck area at one time.

For the 2023 swim season, EVK Pool will be offering Private/Shared swimming lessons. Each session includes four 30-minute classes, and shared lessons must be in similar swim levels (Pre-SK Swimmer 2 OR Swimmer 3- Star). To confirm your scheduled lesson time, contact the Town Hall at 902-836-3781 or visit them at 55 Victoria Street E. Classes will be held Monday to Friday at various times.

The cost for swimming lessons is $65. 00 for one child and $55. 00 per additional child. Registration can be completed by downloading the 2023 Swimming Lesson Registration form and dropping it off with payment at the Town Hall or paying online.

It is important to note that registration is not complete without full payment.
