Evolution Aquatics' Learn to Swim (LTS) lessons are available Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm during the school term at tmoetai Pool. Additionally, lessons are also offered during school holidays, providing flexibility and convenience for members. Unlike most programmes, Evolution Aquatics' LTS programme is community-led and not-for-profit. All proceeds from the programme go back into supporting the swimming club and its members, regardless of their swimming goals.

The LTS programme focuses on helping children around school age develop water confidence, competency, and safety. The classes have a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure optimal teaching and learning experiences. The programme has four progressive levels, with a particular emphasis on buoyancy and body position. Swimming is a skill that requires continuous practise and reinforcement, and the programme aims to make the lessons enjoyable and fun for all participants.
