Jon Clark extends his warm regards to the sports community and invites everyone to discover Evolution Gym & Fitness in Sheffield. Since 2004, Jon, along with Rachael Hayes, has been dedicated to creating fitness experiences that get results. As DFAC Pro Natural Bodybuilders, DFAC and BNBF judges, and World Champions, they bring a wealth of expertise to the gym.

Jon and Rachael offer more than 40 years of combined training experience. They provide practical techniques and nutritional plans to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve overall fitness. Members are welcome to follow their own routines or ask for one of the gym's proven regimens to jumpstart their journey.

Evolution Gym also schedules new technique and support sessions to provide fresh ideas and inspiration. Jon has a history of training top-level sportspeople, including boxers, bikers, golfers, and bodybuilders, while helping numerous members reach their personal fitness targets.

Beyond bodybuilding, Jon and Rachael engage in various fitness activities like triathlons, road races, cross country, and obstacle races. They strive to keep the environment supportive and safe for everyone, offering the right balance of motivation and expertise.

Membership at Evolution Gym is flexible, with no contract obligations. Options include weekly, monthly, or yearly plans, following a one-time joining fee. Rates are £8 per week, £30 per month, or £300 per year, making it accessible for everyone.

Personal training and nutritional advice are also on offer. Plus, the gym stocks a full range of Extreme Nutrition Products and other supplements, with expert advice available during visits.
