Carl worked at the Spirit Health Club for six years before deciding in 2013 to set up his own gig, Evolution Personal Training. He’s still got roots at the Spirit Health Club – a friendly, well-equipped gym – where he’s racked up over 10,000 hours of one-on-one personal training.
