Evolve Natural Fitness is a personal training and coaching centre located in Alton, New Zealand. The centre is owned and operated by Andy, who is a passionate and experienced personal trainer. His goal is to inspire and help others recover their fitness, reach their goals, and be the best that they can be.
Andy believes in the power of understanding how our bodies function and applying modern exercise science, anatomical knowledge, and proper nourishment to achieve great things in fitness and health. He firmly believes that anyone, regardless of their starting point or end goal, can optimise their performance and become fit and healthy.
Having transformed his own health and fitness in his late twenties, Andy realised the value of having a personal trainer in providing structure, accountability, and motivation to busy individuals who are determined to improve their health and fitness. He also recognised that people wanted to learn how to manage themselves and understand the principles behind effective training and nutrition.
As a personal trainer, Andy has always been committed to explaining to his clients what they are doing in their sessions. He has a deep passion for understanding the science behind training and nutrition and passing on that knowledge to his clients. He helps them philtre through all the confusing and conflicting information in the health and fitness industry and focuses on what is important and what actually works.
Through his PT journey, Andy discovered that small changes, supported by learning and education, lead to long-lasting, life-long change. He developed the Evolve Natural Fitness recovery programme, which focuses on making gradual changes and building on them over time. This programme has proven successful in transforming the health and fitness of many individuals.
Andy has expanded his services beyond face-to-face personal training to include educational materials, online personal training, phone-based coaching, and exercise prescription. This allows him to reach and help people beyond the constraints of geography. The Evolve Natural Fitness programme has been tested and proven effective in both remote and online formats.
The ultimate goal of Evolve Natural Fitness is to help hundreds of individuals recover their fitness and live healthy and fulfilling lifestyles.
