The golf course is open from 9 am to 6 pm, with the last tee off at 5 pm. However, for group evening sessions, it is advised to pre-book. Please note that during the winter months, light levels may require the last tee off to be around 2:45 pm. After 5 pm, the café is closed, so visitors are encouraged to bring their own refreshments.

Exeter Football Golf offers a range of pricing options to suit everyone's needs. Child 19 Hole admission costs 7 per person, while Adult 19 Hole admission is 10 per person. There is also a Family Ticket option available for 30, which includes admission for 2 adults and 2 children under 14. All equipment is provided, and visitors are given 60–90 minutes to complete the course.

For those interested in visiting as a group, Exeter Football Golf offers a group discount where the 11th person goes free. Advance booking is recommended for groups of 10 or more. Minimum age for participation is 3 years, and footballs and scoresheets are included.

When visiting Exeter Football Golf, it is advised to dress appropriately for the weather as it is a field-based activity centre. Comfy activewear and closed-toe footwear, preferably trainers, are recommended. Football boots or studs are not allowed on the course.

Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome at Exeter Football Golf, but owners must ensure that they stay under control and clean up after them. Visitors will be kindly asked to leave if their dogs are off the lead.
