- A 90-minute class for two people for £90 (£45 each).
- Group workshops for £25 per person, lasting two and a quarter hours.
Workshop dates for Plymouth are to be confirmed, but Sarah is happy to arrange dates that suit you. If you have a group of four or more, she can bring the workshop to your venue or home.
For a comprehensive experience, Face Yoga Devon also offers a Natural Facelift DVD for £15 plus £1.50 postage within the UK. This DVD includes a 20-minute programme, acupressure, face massage, relaxation exercises, and bonus tracks like Gentle Body Yoga for Anti-Ageing, Juices and Smoothies for Healthy Skin, and Homemade Natural Skincare.
Interested in hosting a workshop? Sarah offers a 2.5-hour session for five people at £25 per person, with a £10 travel fee for locations further than 5 miles from Mannamead, Plymouth, up to a maximum of 10 miles.
