The 5 session Intro Course at Factory BJJ is specifically designed for those who are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is open to individuals with zero experience and does not require a high level of fitness or previous martial arts training. The course is conducted in a small group setting, with approximately 5 people per class, ensuring personalised attention and guidance. The Intro Class topics can be completed in any order, making it flexible for participants.
The course includes the Gi (uniform) and admission to the first 5 sessions. Intro Classes are held on Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 11. 30am.
In addition to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Factory BJJ also offers classes for kids aged 2–15 years old, catering to different age groups. The school also provides CryoTherapy, a form of recovery, and has an online video library for those who wish to catch up on missed classes, seminars, or improve their Jiu Jitsu off the mats.
