Our dedicated teaching team is passionate about taking your Bikram Yoga and Hot Pilates practise to the next level.
At Fahrenheit, we offer Bikram Yoga classes daily and Hot Pilates classes six days a week, giving you plenty of opportunities to sweat it out on the mat. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to cater to all levels.
If you're new to Bikram Yoga or Hot Pilates, don't worry – we've got you covered! Before your first class, we've put together a list of top tips to ensure your experience is positive and enjoyable. Our goal is for you to come back for more and make Fahrenheit your yoga and pilates home.
Our classes include Bikram 90, a traditional 90-minute class consisting of 26 therapeutic Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises, practised in a room heated to approximately 40C. We also offer Express 60, an energising, faster-paced 60-minute class that will get you hot and sweaty in no time. Hot Pilates classes are practised in a room heated to 34C, combining Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for a full-body workout.
