Family Connect Voyage

Embark on a unique voyage with Leeuwin Ocean Adventure's Family Connect program in Fremantle. Scheduled from February 21st to 23rd, 2025, this extraordinary experience is designed for participants aged 14 and above, accompanied by one or two parents, grandparents, or carers. Setting sail from and returning to Fremantle, the Family Connect voyage offers an alternative to traditional family trips, providing the opportunity to create lasting memories in a seamless and exciting manner.

Participants are invited to bring their sleeping bag, pillow, clothes, and personal items on board. Throughout the journey, individuals will engage in various activities including climbing rigging, setting sails, helming the ship, and participating in nightly watches. By actively contributing to ship operations, participants will discover newfound strengths, teamwork, effective communication, and shared laughter while learning the intricate maneuvers of an 1850's style 3-masted barquentine.

Under the guidance of experienced crew members, the adventure guarantees a safe and enjoyable experience, challenging participants to embrace new experiences, push their limits, and ultimately bask in the exhilaration of this unique weekend together. The voyage also offers a perspective on the Rottnest Channel Swim, positioning participants as spectators to the thrilling international event.
