Family Yoga with Krista Nicholson

Join Krista Nicholson for a delightful family yoga experience at Yoga Centre Winnipeg. This class is perfect for both adults and children to explore yoga postures, partner poses, breathwork, and visualizations together. Through interactive games and songs, participants will have the chance to bond, spark joy, and strengthen their connection.

All adult and child pairings are welcome to join this interactive and fun-filled session. Make sure to register in advance for the 6 Mondays in-studio sessions starting from April 1 to May 6, 2024. The cost for an adult-child pairing is £132, with an additional fee of £8 for each extra guest.

To secure your spot, register before the March 30 deadline by completing the provided form and e-transferring the fee to yogacentrewinnipeg@shaw.ca. Keep in mind that there are no refunds or credits for cancellations or missed workshops.
