Nottingham's elite running coach Colin Harris is highly regarded in the UK and is recognised as an expert in sprinting speed. With over 35 years of experience, Colin has competed, coached, and trained at a high level of performance. He has also developed proven solutions to enhance sports performance.
The history of Fast4Sports dates back to 2007 when Colin observed Michael Owen, a footballer, and realised that proper sprint mechanics could have helped him run even faster. This inspired Colin to research and improve the speed of football players at all levels. In 2007, he founded Fast4Sports to help passionate sportsmen, women, boys, and girls improve their run technique, acceleration, agility, and speed. The company name was later changed to SprintingSpeed in 2015 to align with the growing demand for speed training.
Colin Harris has achieved remarkable accomplishments throughout his career. He has represented Great Britain as an international bobsledder and high jumper, with a personal best of 2. 14m. Additionally, he has coached over 100 international athletes, served as a GB Junior Tennis S&C coach, and worked as an athletic jumps coach at Loughborough University.
