Fearless Heart

Fearless Heart is a wellness centre and yoga studio located in Waterloo, founded by Karen Hultin, M. A. , MSW (RSW), SEP and Lindsay Gulanes, SEP. The space is situated on the Haldimand Tract, where they honour the Indigenous Peoples who are the stewards of the land.

They acknowledge the importance of the “Dish with One Spoon” wampum treaty and strive to create a new relationship with the Original Peoples based on respect and honour.

Fearless Heart is committed to creating an inclusive, body-positive, and safe space for all. They believe in walking softly and being guided by love and right action. The studio offers a range of services including counselling, grief and bereavement support, registered massage therapy, and community resources.

The studio also offers virtual series and in-person classes for those looking to practice yoga and mindfulness. The Winter 2022 sessions include Flow, Move & Meditate, Gentle, and Vinyasa Flow classes. All classes are recorded and available for viewing up to 7 days after the session for those who are unable to attend.

Fearless Heart aims to help individuals rebuild and regain their strength and light together. They invite everyone to join their community and embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
