Feildian Grounds

The Feildian Grounds, located in St. John's, is a soccer field that serves as the home ground for the Feildians Athletic Association. This field is specifically designed for soccer matches and training sessions, offering a well-maintained playing surface for players of all ages and skill levels.

The Feildian Grounds is the perfect venue for the club's Metro League program, which caters to club teams in the Metro region, including Feildians, St. John's, Mt. Pearl, Paradise, CBS, PC-SP, CBN, Southern Shore, and Burin. Metro League games are scheduled during the outdoor season, with teams training both indoors and outdoors throughout the year.

The club supports multi-sport athletes and strives to accommodate scheduling conflicts for players.

Players at the Feildian Grounds are expected to show commitment to the club and their team, attending all team training sessions and Metro games. While the club understands that players may occasionally miss practices and games due to various reasons, they encourage active participation to enhance player development and team camaraderie.

Training at the Feildian Grounds is structured for players who are “Metro-ready,” with evaluations taking place in the spring to assign players to Metro League teams. The club offers training sessions during both the indoor season (November to April) and outdoor season (May to August), with registration opening in advance to ensure player preparedness.

The Feildian Grounds also provides optional summer morning camps for players looking to further develop their skills and build friendships within the club. With age group divisions ranging from Active Start to U17 PYL, the Feildian Grounds offers a comprehensive soccer experience for players of all ages, fostering a love for the sport and encouraging active participation throughout the year.
