Join Bea Alexander Pilates for three online Pilates classes to keep up your practice during the Festive Season.
On Thursday 21st December, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, the club will be hosting a Solstice Pilates class at a general level. Bea Alexander will guide participants through the exercises and enhance their mindfulness by using a candle during the Solstice mindfulness practice.
On Wednesday 3rd January from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, there will be an Intermediate to Advanced Pilates class (Levels 3 & 4) with Gill Betram.
Finally, on Friday 5th January from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, participants can join the Pilates Neck & Shoulder Care Class. Bea Alexander will focus on exercises that help with relaxation.
