This 60-minute class is all about boosting your cardio, strength, stamina, and flexibility. Whether you prefer to tackle the exercises alone or with a partner, Fighting Fit has got you covered.
Now, before you jump into this exciting class, it's important to note that participants should already have a decent level of fitness. This makes it an excellent choice for those who are already attending Bootcamp or Total Body Blast. But don't worry, if you're new to fitness, you can always start with those classes and work your way up to Fighting Fit!
One of the unique aspects of the Fighting Fit class is the incorporation of Taekwondo, a renowned form of martial art. Led by Amanda, our incredible instructor with over 14 years of experience in Taekwondo and a 3rd Degree black belt, this class will have you throwing punches and delivering kicks like a pro.
Unlike traditional martial arts classes that involve sparring, Fighting Fit focuses more on combining Taekwondo techniques with Bootcamp drills to provide a challenging, rewarding, and incredibly fun workout. And here's an added bonus – the class takes place outside on dry grass. This not only adds an extra element of adventure, but it also protects your joints during those dynamic jumping and kicking exercises.
Now, when it comes to equipment, all you need to bring along are your boxing gloves. We've got the rest covered! The Fighting Fit class is held at Lawrence Park, Crown Lane, Thurlby, Bourne, PE10 0EZ. You can catch all the action every Thursday.
