Fighting Fit Taekwondo

John, the organiser of Fighting Fit Taekwondo in Pontypool, Wales, wants to share a personal note with our thriving sports community.

John’s inviting everyone to take part in the fantastic classes at Fighting Fit Taekwondo, where the focus is on empowering people of all ages. John’s school offers a range of sessions designed to help folks become more confident, happier, healthier, and more determined.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, the schedule is packed with fun and engaging classes for all age groups: Little Dragons (4–6 years old) from 4:30 to 5:15 PM, Juniors (7–13 years old) from 5:15 to 6:00 PM, and Seniors (14 years and above/Adults) from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Each class is tailored to the age group, making sure everyone gets the best possible instruction and training.

John’s keen on helping students achieve a sense of progression and accomplishment. That’s why Fighting Fit Taekwondo holds regular grading exams. As students advance from White belt to Black belt, they master various Tae kwon do patterns - names like Ki-bon, Il-Jang Tegeuk 1, and Y-Jang Taegeuk 2 will soon be rolling off your tongue!
