Fighting Spirit Martial Arts offers a wide range of martial arts styles to cater to different interests and goals. These include Traditional Japanese, Self-defence, Free-Style Karate, Traditional Karate, Kick-boxing, Kobudo, and Kempo. The school prides itself on being open to anyone who wants to learn traditional martial arts. The style practised at Fighting Spirit Martial Arts is called Fudo-Myo-o Shugendo Shinden Fudo Ryu, which incorporates various styles including Judo, Karate, Aikido, Bushi Kempo Ju-jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Kick-Boxing, Iaido, Bo-Jutsu, Jo-jutsu, Okinawan Kobudo, Japanese Kobujutsu, Kendo, Naginatajutsu, Wing Chun, and Krav Maga.

To ensure a high standard of instruction and safety, the school is fully insured and holds certifications such as Public Liability Insurance, First Aid Certificate, CPR, AED, and First Aid Paediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and a Diploma in Human Anatomy and Physiology. The instructors at Fighting Spirit Martial Arts have been trained by some of the world's leading martial arts teachers, including Pete Metcalfe, Alan Horton, Shihan and Kyoshi Yasufumi Ohno, and Master Kazutoyo Kato Hanshi.
