In Level 5, participants focus on inverted tricks, with moves like Gemini, bomb, butterfly, and plank. Finally, Level 6 is for advanced moves and tricks, including Ayesha, aerial shoulder mount, and handspring.

Their pole strength and stretch class focuses on building strength and flexibility, with a warm-up, strength training, and flexibility work.
