First 5K

Strive Fitness (Herts) is thrilled to announce their upcoming Personal Training event, the First 5K. If you're looking to get into running or make a comeback after some time off, this event is the perfect opportunity for you. The club wants to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported, so they've designed a laid-back and friendly 5k race just for you.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or a complete beginner, the First 5K is open to individuals of all levels who are 18 years old and above. The aim is to build your confidence and inspire you to tackle more park runs and races in the future. You won't find any strict rules here - just a group of like-minded individuals coming together for some fun.

The route will take you on a scenic journey through Weston, giving you a taste of the great outdoors with mostly off-road terrain. There will be plenty of beautiful sights to enjoy as you make your way to the finish line. The race is set to start at 10:00 am on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, so mark your calendars!

At the end of the race, participants will receive a well-deserved medal to commemorate their achievement.
