First Dance Studios was established in 2005 by our award-winning founder, Emma Brewer. Since then, we have grown into a thriving dance school, offering over 30 classes per week taught by a team of experienced teachers. We take pride in our commitment to providing dance classes for all, regardless of age, level, or ability. From ballet, tap, and jazz to bootcamp, fitness, choir, and musical theatre, we have a class to suit everyone's interests and aspirations.
Our dedication to performance is also evident in our offerings. We have classes that prepare students for performances, such as our Musical Theatre class, which recently performed “A Slice of Musical Theatre,” and our Company ballet, Company Tap, and Company jazz classes, who perform at Rhoda McGaw. Our Monday night contemporary classes also offer performance opportunities through Dance Woking. In 2024, we will be returning to the stage with our show 'Take The Lead' at Rhoda McGaw, featuring over 15 performance pieces.
